Homework Assignment Number 3
Search one of the protein sequences your retrieved in part 4 of the homework assignment number 2 for motifs using an Interpro scan, a BLOCKS+ scan, and a MyHits Motif Scan (please include Prosite Patterns, Prosite Profiles, PRefiles and pFAM Hmms using local models). In each case please describe your results in terms of their biological significance, their stastistical significance (if it is given) and explain your conclusions.
